1. Implement the Power of 3 daily.  Give 3 new people a brochure every day.  Don’t forget to say the phrase that pays “Do you know anyone that would like to make extra money?”  Most people will jump at this opportunity by saying “I want to make extra money!”

3. Ask to set up a Breast Cancer table at your local grocery store or local retail stores to promote Breast Cancer Awareness month in October and sell lots of Anew Vitale (for each jar of day and night cream sold, Avon will donate $5 to the Breast Cancer Crusade plus triple dollars on every jar sold!!!)

6. Attend job fairs.  This is an excellent opportunity to meet people that need to make extra money.  Most are unable to pay the $15 enrollment fee because of their unemployment status.  Give them a Try It Kit and show them how they can join without paying any money out of their  pocket.  Try it Kits
7. Find helpers – ask all of your customers if they are interested in receiving a discount or free products.  They may work in an office environment but don’t want to become a rep, give him or her a discount on his or her own order for collecting orders from their co-workers. 8. Retirement facilities – offer to come in and set up a table at assisted living / retirement homes. Many of these people love Avon and can’t get out as easily to do shopping anymore.
9. High rises / Apartment buildings / Office Buildings – look for a lot of customers / potential recruits all in one spot. When you service a high rise, it can save you time and gas money. 
10. Use your Social Media Center –  you definitely should be promoting and marketing your business online.  You can share from the social media center.   Be sure to share the recruiting videos.  Anyone can now start a team nationwide online!
11. If you have already started a team, start talking to your top sellers or representatives that sell $150 or more consistently about going out and doing events or prospecting with you. It’s easier to work as a team than to try and do it all yourself.  Your team members’ downline will count toward your total unit sales requirement.  Attach this flyer to EVERY brochure you give away. 12. Craft fairs / events / book or home parties – Events give you exposure to a lot of people at one time. You can host your own party or find a friend to host a home / book party. How to Share the Avon Opportunity from yourAvon.com

• Log in to yourAvon.com – click on web office – under Marketing tools towards the center bottom of the screen, click on NEW Avon Apps under Social Media – then click on the RECRUITMENT When you sell Avon Share button.

• A pop-up window will open with the ad. Click on the +SHARE button at the top right hand corner of the pop-up screen. Then you can pick which social media websites you want to share on. The cool part of this app is it will pre-populate with your info so if anyone is interested in signing up, the lead will go directly to you!

• Remember all reps can now recruit online so you don’t have to already have a team member to sign people up nationwide. Make sure all of your team members know this.  Continue to remind them of the huge opportunities that are in front of them!!!
