This Saturday, Team Prevail will have a Scavenger Hunt. This is the perfect opportunity to find new customers without the stress of approaching strangers. Print this document Team Prevails Scavenger Hunt. You will locate as many people that fit into the descriptions listed below. Don’t forget to write their name, phone number or email address on the line next to the description and give them a brochure.

Remember, we do not have to be together when we complete the Scavenger Hunt. Team Prevail has reps from all over the USA. Where ever you are, go to a location and find the people that are listed on this sheet

What should you say?

“Hi, My name is ______________and I am in a contest with my Avon Unit! I have to find all of the categories on this list so that I can win a prize and you have….(i.e. Red Shirt, Nametag, etc), Would you mind helping me out with this? “
When she says “yes”…you say…“Thank you so much….. What is your name?” Write that down on your paper.
**Offer her your brochure that has your recruiting flyer on it.
Then say “What would you do with an extra $300- $500 a month?” LISTEN To the answer.
If it’s appropriate… Then say “ If I could show you a way to make an extra $300-500 per month without changing your lifestyle or career would you be interested in hearing more?.”
If she says YES and has time right then, ask her if she can go over the details now.
If she does not have time right then, say “Great, when would be a good time for us to meet up and discuss how you can do that? I have tomorrow at _____ or I have Wed at ______ (give them two different options to choose from).
If she is not interested ask if she knows anyone else that would like an extra $300 – $500 a month. If she does not know anyone ask If she would like to receive the latest Avon brochure each campaign.
Get her phone number & email so you can receive credit for scavenger hunt)! Let them know you promise not to stalk them or give your information to anyone. Ask them if they would like to receive emails of our clearance specials. If they do not want to give you their information say. “Thank you for your time. If you see anything in the brochure you would like to order, you can give me a call or go to my website to place y0ur order. My information is located on the back of the book”

Text me a copy of your sheet before 8pm Saturday evening.

The representative with the most names and contact information will receive a gift.

The representative with the most appointments or new recruits will receive a gift.

Realistically, everyone that participates is a winner because y0u have gained new customer and possible recruits.

**Don’t allow your hard work to be in vain. Make sure you follow up with each person on the list within 3-4 days. Thank them for helping you with the scavenger hunt. Ask them if they were able to look through the brochure. If yes, is there anything you would like me to order for you. Enter their contact information into y0ur web office so that they will receive emails from Avon.
