It is Lead Day!

Time to follow up with all of your old leads.  Contact all leads you haven’t spoken to in 30 days and see how they are doing.  Offer them the Opportunity to sell Avon again.  You never know what could have transpired since you last spoke to them.  They might not have been ready last month.  But, thing change. 

What can you do?

  1. Send all of your leads an email with the Avon Opportunity.
  2. Call them.
  3. Send them a text.
  4. Leave a try it kit on their door.
  5. Send them a message on Facebook.

You should also use this day to generate new leads!

  1. Post the Opportunity to Sell Avon on all social media outlets.
  2. Share the Opportunity to Sell Avon with all of your WebOffice contacts. 
  3. Conduct a Power Hour TODAY!  Go into the field for one hour today.  Give out brochures and business cards to everyone you see.  Don’t forget to say the phrase that pays to everyone you give a brochure to.  “Do you know anyone that would like to make and extra $300-$500 per month?”  You also want to make sure you are getting their contact information.  What works for me “If you like, I can text you before I place my next order so that  you don’t miss out on these specials.”  This is less threatening for them and they will most likely give  you their phone number.
  4. Ask 10 of your current customers if they know anyone that would be interested in making an extra $300-$500 per month.

How to keep up with your leads?

Every lead that I receive is written on an index card and placed into an index card holder box.  I have 12 dividers in there.  Each divider has one month on it.  This is how the process works.

  1. I receive a new lead in November. 
  2. Write all of their contact information on an index card.
  3. Email them my Avon Opportunity post.  You don’t want to send them my post because they will be signed up under me.  You can send them an email with the Opportunity to sell Avon in it.  You should have a template of an email you can easily forward to new and old leads saved.
  4. Call them to give them information about Avon and answer any questions they may have.
  5. If they are not interested right now, I ask if they would like me to contact them in a couple weeks.
  6. Make a note on my index card with todays date, how I communicated with them, when they would like me to call them back, and any other notes that will help me when I contact them again.
  7. Enter all of their contact information into weboffice so that they will continue to receive my promotional email.
  8. Place their index card in the section of my index card holder box with the tab December.
  9. In December, I will follow up with this lead and see how they are doing.

Important Fact Regarding Leads

  1. Never, Never, Never throw away a lead.  Just because they are not ready now, does not mean they will not change their mind. 
  2. Every lead must be entered into your web office.  They might not sign up now, but, they could be an amazing customer.
  3. While you are communicating with leads, ALWAYS have a smile on your face. Even if you are talking to them on the phone.   Seem excited and energetic without being scary.  lol  Practice in the mirror.
  4. Share posts from your Avon Social Media Center DAILY!  There is a wide variety of promotional advertisements for you to use while promoting your Avon business.  You can locate these at youavon.com  under the web office tab.
