I have listed my “Steps to Six Figures”. These are routines that I incorporate into my business. This is not the complete list. But, these steps help me stay focused, increase my sales and get more recruits. I encourage you to get your calendar out. Mark on your calendar when you will implement each of these strategies. Be consistent and stick with it. You will definitely see success.
“Steps to Six Figures”
- When someone orders make-up, ask them “Would you like to order two? One for your bathroom and one for your purse.” This will double your sales!
- Find one daycare. Ask the Director if they would like to have a fundraiser for their facility. Offer them 30-40% of the profit. This is a great way to achieve President Club and Leadership! - If you have not done so already, open a separate bank account for all Avon transactions. This will give you the opportunity to visually watch your earnings grow. Plus this, will eliminate the chances of you accidentally using the money before you can pay Avon for products.
- Always carry your delivery basket when dropping off brochures or delivering orders to your customers. Give customers the opportunity to purchase items they can go home with today. This basket should contain demo and outlet products or products customers have returned. I normally carry lip gloss, lotion, hand sanitizer, demo’s and returned products in my basket.
- Ask one of your customers if they can get 5 of their friends to place an order. I try to do this every campaign. When she gives you their orders and contact information, you will give her a gift. Choose something she normally would like. Now you have 5 extra customers and a possible recruit.
